brief introduction
A plate rolling machine is a device that uses work rolls to bend and shape sheet metal, and can form different shapes of parts such as cylindrical and conical parts. It is a very important processing equipment. The working principle of a plate bending machine is to use external forces such as hydraulic pressure and mechanical force to move the working rollers, thereby bending or forming the sheet metal. Based on the rotational motion and positional changes of work rolls of different shapes, elliptical, arc-shaped, cylindrical and other parts can be processed.
Working principle
The upper roller of the symmetrical plate rolling machine moves vertically up and down through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston at the symmetrical position between the two lower rollers. The final gear of the main reducer drives the two lower roller gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for the rolled plate. The flat plastic metal plate of the rolling machine is subjected to multiple continuous bending processes (inner layer compression deformation, middle layer unchanged, outer layer tensile deformation) through the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller) of the rolling machine, with the help of the lower roller's downward pressure and rotational motion, to produce permanent plastic deformation and roll it into the required cylinder, cone or part thereof. The disadvantage of this hydraulic three roll plate rolling machine is that the end of the plate needs to be pre bent with the help of other equipment. This plate rolling machine is suitable for large plate rolling machines with a thickness of over 50mm. A row of fixed rollers is added to the lower part of the two rollers to shorten the span of the two rollers, thereby improving the accuracy of the rolled workpiece and the overall performance of the machine.
